Индейка с рисом и помидорами
Ингредиенты:
индейка – 500 г,
помидоры – 500 г,
рис – 150 г,
чеснок – 2 зубчика,
растительное масло,
соль – по вкусу,
перец – по вкусу.
Приготовление:

Отварить до готовности рис. |

Филе индейки нарезать небольшими кусочками и обжарить на растительном масле до корочки. |

Добавить нарезанные мелким кубиком помидоры, посолить-поперчить. |
 |
Жарить, помешивая, в течение 15-20 минут. |
 |
Добавить к индейке с помидорами отварной рис. Перемешать и тушить еще 5-7 минут. |
 |
Добавить измельченный чеснок и перемешать. Блюдо готово. |
