Мармеладный пирог
Нежнейший, тающий во рту пирог, с ароматными кусочками мармелада. Перед тем как резать пирог и подавать его к чаю, нужно его полностью остудить.
Ингредиенты:
сливочное масло (маргарин) – 150 г,
сахар – 100 г,
сметана – 200 г,
мармелад – 300 г,
мука – 300 г,
разрыхлитель – 1 ч.л.
Приготовление:

Порезать мармелад на небольшие кусочки. |

Размягченное сливочное масло растереть с сахаром, добавить сметану и перемешать. |

Добавить мармелад и перемешать. |
 |
Ввести муку с разрыхлителем. |
 |
Перемешать. |
 |
Тесто выложить в форму, смазанную маслом (силиконовую форму смазывать не надо). |
 |
Выпекать пирог в течение 30-40 минут при 180 градусах до румяной корочки. |
 |
Готовый пирог полностью остудить, затем разрезать на порционные кусочки и подавать к чаю! |
