Гороховый суп с курицей
Один из вариантов приготовления горохового супа – с курицей.
Суп гороховый с курицей получается достаточно простой в приготовлении, но такой вкусный и питательный! Особенно хорош с хрустящими гренками!
Ингредиенты (на 2,5-3 литра воды):
куриная грудка – 300 г,
горох колотый сухой - 1,5 стак.,
лук репчатый - 1 шт.,
морковь - 1 шт.,
картофель - 2 шт.;
куркума - 0,5 ч. л.,
соль – по вкусу,
перец – по вкусу,
растительное масло.
Приготовление:

Горох нужно промыть водой, затем замочить на 1 час в холодной воде. |

Промыть куриную грудку, положить ее в кастрюлю, добавить горох. Залить водой и поставить на огонь. Как только закипит, посолить и варить еще на протяжении часа, снимая пену. |

Нарезать мелко лук, натереть морковь и обжарить их на растительном масле, посолить, поперчить, добавить куркуму. |
 |
Картофель нарезать небольшими кубиками. |
 |
Примерно через час горох сварится, в суп добавить картофель. Куриную грудку достать, мясо отделить от костей, вернуть мясо обратно в кастрюлю. |

Варить суп до готовности картофеля, добавить морковь с луком, проварить суп еще пару минут. |
 |
При желании добавить мелко нарезанную зелень, при необходимости досолить и снять суп с огня. |
