Варенье из черной смородины
Пожалуй, из какой ягоды варенье на зиму заготавливается чаще всего, так это из черной смородины. И оно действительно не надоедает!
Все потому что применений у этой сладкой заготовки на зиму (да и не только на зиму) – масса: можно его и просто к чаю подать, и к блинчикам, и для выпечки – пирогов или печенья – использовать, и кисель сварить…
В общем, лишней баночка-другая варенья из черной смородины, заготовленного с лета, не окажется никогда!
Ингредиенты:
черная смородина – 1 литровая банка,
сахарный песок – 1 литровая банка.
